Every day is a school day, so we recommend you request further training to ensure you’re maximising your Booking.com for Business integration. Reach out to your account manager to arrange a session in person or via webinar. In the meantime share this one pager to keep your travellers up to speed.

1) Via the API to receive real time content typically used by the largest TMCs (BCD, CWT and Amex). Larger TMCs already have platforms for our API to integrate to. Booking.com always recommends integration of our API .
2) Via the Booking.com for Business Tool for medium sized and smaller TMCs (local and regional). Smaller TMCs do not typically have a platform for our API to integrate to. The tool being a web based solution needs no integration and can be activated within a day.
–Booking.com for Business Tool: agent makes booking in the Booking.com for Business tool.
–API: agent makes booking on their own tool. Requires the latest version of the API.
Booking.com content is free of charge.
During implementation, our implementation specialists will provide training through webinars and site visits to ensure companies and TMC agents understand processes for modifications and cancellations, functionalities within the tool, etc. Companies, travellers and agents can access ‘Manage my booking’ to make modifications. Customer Service contactable 24/7 for support on modifications.
Yes. However, for TMCs using our API, there are options to filter properties. For TMCs using our Booking.com for Business tool, all content is accessible.
If a company is using one of the big 3 TMCs (AMEX, BCD, CWT) no contract is required between the company and Booking.com, as we already have contracts with these TMCs. The TMC does not need to update the contract they hold with the company.
