We’re always evolving Booking.com for Business and these are just some of the features we released in 2025.
The AI-powered Smart Stays feature lets you skip the search selection boxes and type like you talk to find accommodation options based on location, dates and number of travellers.
Now you can add your VAT or GST number during the accommodation checkout process. We’ll share this information with the property so they can include it on your invoice if they choose.
‘Administration’ is now closer to the top of the side menu. All your team management functions are here, including inviting colleagues, adding payment methods, and setting hotel budgets.
When you go to Bookings & Trips > Manage Bookings, you’ll see a cleaner design and simpler filtering options so it’s faster to find and manage trips.
