How-to guide: Labels

Customised labels

Labels allow you to organise bookings according to custom groups such as projects, clients, events or teams.

This means you can quickly see reports or filter bookings according to these custom groups, matching your exact business need.

Setting up labels

In the main navigation menu, go to the ‘More’ tab and click ‘Company settings‘. Then on the left hand navigation click ‘labels’. Enter your label name and click ‘create label’.

Adding labels to your bookings

Next time you make a booking simply add a label during the booking process, after you’ve entered the guest details.

You can also add your label after you’ve made a booking. Find your booking under the Bookings tab and click the tag icon left of the price. Choose your label and update.
