Booking.com for Business has partnered with leading travel management company CWT to make it easier for you to support your business travellers.

You and your travellers can now contact a CWT travel counsellor, who’ll be there 24/7 to help you modify or cancel bookings, alongside providing general customer support.

You can now add all your memberships to your account or during the booking process, including the loyalty programmes of hotel chains, and air and car rental companies. By doing so, you will be able to earn loyalty points with these programmes when you are making a booking with your Booking.com for Business account.

Booking.com for Business has expanded its offering by partnering with leading travel management company CWT. Exclusive business rates are now available to all Booking.com for Business customers. These rates will allow you to save up to 20%, and/or get perks such as free breakfast. You can even get free upgrades, discounts and other perks on flights and car rental with loyalty programmes such as Oneworld, SkyTeam and Star Alliance.
